About AusCERT
AusCERT, based at The University of Queensland in Brisbane, is Australia's first computer emergency response team and one of the longest running CERTs in the world, founded in 1993. Its membership services sit under three pillars. Incident Support helps members detect, interpret and respond to attacks, with analysts available by email, Slack or a 24/7 hotline, plus phishing takedown and malware and log analysis. Vulnerability Management gives members daily security bulletins, customised member security incident notifications based on their domains and IP ranges, critical alerts and early warning SMS messages. Threat Intelligence includes the AusMISP indicator service, a live malicious URL feed for security appliances and sensitive information alerts when breached credentials targeting a member appear online. Members also receive training, meetups, governance, risk and compliance advice, and benefits for the annual AusCERT conference.
